Dear @flyswiss followers!
My name is Michelle and I’m delighted to be your Instagramer of the month for September. I’m 23 and grew up in a village on Lake Zürich. However, over the past two years, the sky has become more my home than any other place on our fabulous planet.
We get to observe the infinite wonders of nature on a plane, such as the way in which clouds change shape as we fly past them, and all the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. My fascination for flying hasn’t waned in the slightest since spending countless hours in the sky on board hundreds of flights.
As a Swiss cabin crew member, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing so many magical moments – most of which result from the sheer diversity of our job. I really do appreciate how varied our work is, because it means that no two days are the same.
Not only do we welcome passengers from all four corners of the world on board our aircraft, but our crew members also come from different backgrounds and bring their own individual experience and skills with them. There are also different roles and responsibilities for the crew on board our various types of aircraft, which vary from flight to flight, depending on the destination.
My career has already allowed me to discover countless places and I’m thrilled to be taking you with me on this journey. So, fasten your safety belt please – we’re about to take off!
