Summer is over, and the days are getting shorter. What better reason for packing your suitcases and flying somewhere nice for a few days? That’s exactly what I intend to do this month, and you, dear flyswiss Community, are warmly invited along.
My name is Leon, and it is my pleasure and privilege to invite you to come with me through the month of October. I have been a SWISS Flight Attendant on our Airbus fleet since July 2016, and in that short time I have already seen much of the world. Come with me to our SWISSDestinations of the Month: Amsterdam, the lovely New England city of Boston, and the metropolis that is Hong Kong. Take a look behind the scenes of the world of flying with me, and find out more about the SWISS fleet and cabin interiors.
Because of our many international destinations, as a Flight Attendant you are constantly working with other cultures and crews. But that’s what makes my job what it is, and why I love it – along with all the travelling, of course.
I have been fortunate enough to combine my two passions, flying and travelling, in my profession, and I really have found my dream job. The many magical sunrises and sunsets above the clouds and the fascinating sight of the world from above are my rewards every single time. No matter how early the day began or how long the flight was.
I am delighted to be able to share my passion for my job with you for a month!
